As a Senior IT Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT contracts, with a focus on strategic agreements. You will ensure that contracts align with the organization's needs and monitor agreements, financial obligations, and risks. You will also play a central role in tenders and the implementation of new contracts, collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders. By proactively taking action, you will ensure the timely renewal or termination of existing contracts and ensure efficient and effective contract administration.
You'll be responsible for preparing reports for the contract owner and management, reviewing invoices, and keeping contract and obligation records up-to-date. In your role, you'll conduct tactical meetings with IT suppliers and regularly coordinate with the contract owner, service manager, and business controller regarding contract performance and financial aspects. You'll also participate in project meetings, such as European tenders, and collaborate with purchasing to establish and correctly document new agreements.
You'll be part of the Purchasing & Contract Management team, where you'll collaborate with colleagues in purchasing, contract management, and supplier management. Within this team, you'll work closely with the IT department, finance department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that IT contracts optimally contribute to strategic objectives.
This is what we ask:
⭐ Completed HBO education
⭐ At least 5 years of experience as a contract manager, including in the field of IT contracts
⭐ Knowledge of contract law and experience with legal issues and risk management
⭐ Experience with contract management software and relevant tools
⭐ Extensive experience with the application of CATS CM
⭐ General knowledge of purchasing and tendering
⭐ Experience with data-driven work and knowledge of AFAS and Business
⭐ Experience with intelligence tools such as Power BI is required.
