Organizational Change Management Consultant

What will you do?

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will join a team of enthusiastic, eager to learn Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists in our Utrecht office. You will get to work in high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. You’ll get to work at an Elite ServiceNow Partner whose core business is unleashing the potential of ServiceNow for enterprises to accomplish – and accelerate – their digital transformation objectives. As a pure-play ServiceNow partner, we help companies realize value from the platform by optimizing business processes and to make work flow for the people who use them. You will work alongside our senior management and manage junior consultants in their career growth.

Your scope of work:

• Create Maturity Assessments, Organizational Readiness Assessments, Stakeholder engagement plans and Organizational communication plans together with high-end technology customers.
• Create Business and IT roadmaps.
• Working together with our sales team for Pre-sales / Sales proposals for large long-term organizational change transformations.
• Lead workshops with C-level management on culture and organizational behavior.
• Define change management processes and methodologies approaches for projects.
• Responsible for change management work plan generation, implementation, and process management.
• Organizational business designs for IT & Digital transformation.
• Create and develop High level training plans.
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development in order to help evolve and mature the OCM knowledge and skills in our global practice.
• Work among project teams to deliver change focused management advice.

We ask

• 5+ years’ experience in a technology/ IT strategy related role combined and expertise in the area Organizational Change management, you know how large organizations operate.
• Ability to see and present ‘the big picture’, architect solutions to tackle customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them.
• As Trusted Advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• 3+ years of work experience with large companies in the Financial Services, High Tech, Engineering, Media, Telecommunications, FMCG or Public Sector.
• Combination of strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English. Fluency in German, French and/or Dutch are a plus.
