What will you do?
As a Recruiter, you will be part of our Global HR team, consisting of six HR- and Talent Acquisition Specialists. With 6 entities over the world, you will be constantly in touch with a diverse group of colleagues. The location of this role is Frankfurt am Main. With our huge growth ambitions, you will play a key role in our company growth.
As a Recruiter you will:
- Work closely with our two global specialists located in the Netherlands who’s focus is on talent acquisition. Ideally, we look for your innovative ideas and with those ideas, you set new impulses for our recruitment.
- Make use of platforms as LinkedIn, Xing, and other specialized platforms to find people who match the requirements. You will then accompany potential talent through our application process and make sure to give them the best candidate experience there is.
- Be first point of contact for our management in Germany when it comes to determining requirements, setting priorities, and defining appropriate searches.
- Work closely with our marketing team to optimize our employer branding towards candidates.
- Draft job descriptions, talent acquisition templates and other re-usable assets.
- Conduct sourcing, screening and first interviews to ultimately make the link between the candidate’s profile and the open vacancies.
- Update, track and document candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Analyze current trends and work on continuous further development of suitable active sourcing strategies, methods and tools.
We ask:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in the direction of business/commercial studies/HRM, or related fields.
- Around 1 year of work experience with sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
- You are available for a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week (20-24 hours per week).
- You get incredibly happy when you hire good candidates, but also get a lot of energy from creating strategies with the team that significantly increases the chance of future hires.
- Experience with Xing Talent Manager or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Being able to set priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both in German and English.
- Structured and a commercial mindset.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Affinity with IT.
