What will you do?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for building a top funnel strategy for attracting passive and active talent in the IT-Consultancy business for our 6 offices over the world. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand specific hiring needs, team dynamics and a department’s vision to create an elaborate sourcing strategy to match those needs.
You are point of contact with active and passive talent to assess their engagement and perform an initial assessment of their fit for a specific team, function or role. You will suggest unique sourcing channels which deliver the right pool of talent for future success. In this role, eye for detail and creativity is key in building our sourcing pipelines. With our huge growth ambitions you will play a big role in our company growth.
So, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Work closely with our two other Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Create pipelines of prequalified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of increasing the level of candidate flow and customer service to internal clients. Design top-of-funnel strategy alongside (partnering with) our Recruitment and Hiring Teams, serving as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and on creative sourcing techniques.
- Work closely with our marketing team to optimize our employer branding towards candidates.
- Effectively communicate our values and mission to date to influence passive talent.
- Drafting job descriptions, talent acquisition templates and other re-usable assets.
- Conduct sourcing, screening and first interviews to ultimately make the link between the candidate’s profile and the open vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Update, track and document candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
We ask:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in business/commercial studies/HRM, or related fields
- >1 year of work experience with sourcing and/or talent acquisition
- You get a boost in finding and hiring the best candidate and from creating the best sourcing strategies with the team
- Flexible and love to work in a fast paced company
- Being able to set priorities
- Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English; Fluency in German is a big plus
- Structured and a commercial mindset
- Good planning and organization skills
- Affinity with IT
- You can start the 1st of January, 2022 (or later in consultation)
