Are you an experienced, strategic consultant with affinity for Facility Management? Facility services are often pressured to deliver their services in an efficient and cost–effective manner. Additionally, they are more and more expected to contribute to a smooth workplace experience. We are looking for a strategic Workplace Service Delivery Consultant who can make the difference in the work of facility services for diverse global operating customers!
The Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite injects facility services with a digital, consumer-like experience for employees consuming those services at the customers premises. As the company invented this suite, they are THE ServiceNow partner to implement and deliver end-to-end solutions with this suite for diverse global corpoarations. As a consultant, you get to extend this partner status by building and growing our Workplace Service Delivery team within the company.
You work actively to digitize the workplace experience of employees at the office.
You get to build and lead the Workplace Services department within the company.
Present and demonstrate our end-to-end solutions and close partnership with ServiceNow, and discuss the GAPS between ServiceNow and the customer processes.
You set-up realistic project deliverables and timelines and create RFP’s for potential customers.
You are responsible to capture the customers’ needs and translate these into requirements.
Guide workshops in explaining the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite.
Guide customers in the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, hereby realizing true value in their work processes and flows.
Fluent in English; Fluent in Dutch is a big plus.
Experience with presenting and pitching realistic solutions.
Experience in building up- and leading a team.
Writing up SoW’s and RFP’s.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery of facility management solutions (Planon, Topdesk, etc).
As Trusted Advisor you create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively contribute to our solution portfolio, by providing knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
Good understanding of PaaS enterprise solutions. Experience with ServiceNow is a very big plus.
