What will you do?
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the sales team in Belgium. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and helping organizations succeed by leveraging the innovative ServiceNow platform. Scope of work:
• As a Senior Account Manager, you will strategically contribute to the achievement of the company’s ambitious goals.
• Develop tailored ServiceNow value propositions for prospects based on deep research into their business conditions, drivers, and objectives.
• Analyze and align with existing and future IT roadmaps of organizations to position our company effectively in the marketplace.
• Drive new customer acquisition, cultivating trustful relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Oversee the growth of existing accounts by working closely with Service Delivery Managers, developing comprehensive business plans, and identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and manage a dynamic sales pipeline in the CRM system, steering opportunities through to successful deal closures.
• Act as a strategic Commercial Account Lead, building and strengthening partnerships with ServiceNow and collaborating effectively with their sales teams.
• Lead and coordinate bid teams to craft compelling responses to RfPs and manage the entire process from initiation to submission.
• Act as a cross-functional team player, working seamlessly with internal business units to ensure alignment and delivery of value to clients.
We ask
• Fluent in English. Fluency in either Dutch or French.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in complex project solution-selling within Enterprise Software, ServiceNow is preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent new business sales success, including strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Lead and provide hands-on support during proposal and offering development.
• As a Trusted Advisor, create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Actively contribute to the company’s solution portfolio by sharing knowledge and methodologies based on experience from customer projects.
• Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Good understanding of SaaS & PaaS enterprise solutions.
• Ability to examine, listen, qualify, and resolve concerns or obstacles to a sale in a logical fashion, focusing on solutions or services that deliver maximum benefit.
• Existing strong network across domain at C-Level.
• Person to possibly take charge of one of many verticals.
