What will you do?
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Mechelen, Belgium! This role is a combination of sales and presales, making you a key specialist in understanding client needs and translating them into powerful ServiceNow solutions.

Scope of work:
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate product features to customers and explain the benefits
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to illustrate product benefits and features
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quotas and objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively compete with other companies
We ask
- Fluent in English; Fluent in Dutch & French is a big plus.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience of complex project solution-selling within Enterprise Software. ServiceNow is a big plus.
- Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills.
- Lead and provide hands-on support during proposal and offering development.
- As a Trusted Advisor, create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to the company’s solution portfolio by providing knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
- Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels.
- Knowledge of Tanium is ideal, but more importantly, experience in Specialist sales dynamics—a blend of Sales and Presales skills.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Good understanding of SaaS & PaaS enterprise solutions.
- Ability to examine, listen, qualify, and resolve concerns or obstacles to a sale in a logical fashion, emphasizing solutions or services that deliver maximum benefit.
- Existing good network across domain at C-Level.
- We are open to engaging with independent contractors; however, applications for an employment contract are also welcome.
