Description
As a senior specialist data management, you are responsible for devising, developing and applying data management functions within the organization. You create all the preconditions for data-driven decisions, which is becoming increasingly important within the AFM.
You model data and set definitions, taking into account the supervisor and the party that supplied the data, for example a bank. You take care of data architecture: the data must be correctly placed in the internal Managed Data Platform (MDP). Finally, you are concerned with data quality by performing checks.
You will work on use cases (projects) for both Supervision and Innovation. Supervision involves developing data management functions for supervisory projects. Innovation involves devising data management policies and functions. You will also be involved in data governance, such as handling authorisation requests from colleagues.
You ensure that colleagues actually get started with the data management functions, and that is why you provide training. In short: you are the connecting factor between Supervision/Operations and the Managed Data Platform.
